IAHSA is honoured that the Association of Jewish Ageing Services [AJAS] is a co-sponsor of our tour to Israel. Our tour includes visits to ageing service providers in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Herzlia, and Jerusalem, plus a cultural program that includes visits to the Mount of Olives, the Garden of Gethsemane, Capernaum, Qumran and the Vad VaShem Holocaust Memorial, to name just a view of the important sites.

The IAHSA/AJAS Israel Study Tour will provide an opportunity for an in-depth understanding of ageing services and senior living in Israel, including meetings with The Israel Gerontological Society, the Israeli Ministry of Social Welfare and Eshel – The Association for the Planning and Development of Services for the Aged in Israel. We will also hold roundtable events with our Israeli colleagues to share ideas and information in an informal setting.
